We ship across India through our courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, and delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may extend during festive seasons due to high courier volume.
Shipping charges for India orders are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, or item count (as configured in our system), and are clearly shown before you complete payment. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free.
US customers can choose a nearby pickup location (no shipping charge) or, for qualifying bulk orders, have items shipped directly from India for a flat international shipping fee shown at checkout. International shipments may take longer to arrive and are subject to customs processing outside our control.
Once your India order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS, and can also check status anytime from the Track Order page or your My Orders section.
While we work to meet stated timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, courier disruptions, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product value, minus original shipping costs.
