Tenepattu ("we", "us", "our") sells premium, handcrafted Indian sweets to customers in India and the United States through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Prices are shown in INR for India orders and USD for US orders, based on the region you select. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel/refund an order placed at an incorrect price before it is dispatched.
India orders can be paid online (via Razorpay) or, where enabled, Cash on Delivery. US orders are paid online. Where partial payment is enabled, the remaining balance is due on or before delivery/pickup as communicated at checkout.
India orders are shipped via our courier partners; estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive-season volume. US orders are fulfilled either via a customer-selected pickup location or, for qualifying bulk orders, shipped directly from India — international shipping times may be longer and are subject to customs processing outside our control.
As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they are dispatched.
We make every effort to accurately describe ingredients, weights, and allergen information for each product. Please review product descriptions carefully if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
